The main objective of the Employment Exchange is to give work possibilities to the state’s jobless inhabitants. Citizens will become self-sufficient and empowered as a result of it. An Employment Exchange provides employment assistance to job seekers. Employed persons looking for more suitable jobs can also register with the Employment Exchanges to avail better job. Under this initiative, various skill development and career counselling workshops will be offered to assist jobless persons in finding work. Candidates registered with an Employment Exchange are sponsored to employers for recruitment to vacancies published.
Any applicant above the age of 14 Years and bonafide himachali can apply for registration based on their Contact address which comes with in the jurisdiction of concerned employment exchange.

Any registrated application can renew his/her registration after every 3 years of his registartion with in the grace period of 2-months.
