USask Counsellor Day

This year's USask Counsellor Day takes place in-person at the University of Saskatchewan main campus in Saskatoon in the Exeter Room in Marquis Hall on Thursday, Sept. 12.
We offer a full day of programming specifically for counsellors. You will learn about updates to admissions, program highlights, and more. We look forward to welcoming you to our beautiful campus!
While USask Counsellor Day has been offered the same day as Open House for prospective students and their parents and other supporters in the past, this year these events take place separately. Open House will be held on Friday, Sept. 20. Visit the Open House web page for information about Open House and registration for students and parents.

Counsellor info sessions
USask's Student Recruitment team regularly hosts online information sessions for school counsellors, post-secondary coordinators, academic advisors and other supporters of prospective students. At these sessions, we aim answer your questions and help you support your students with the application process to USask's direct- and non-direct entry programs.

Recruitment events
The best way for you and your students to connect with us to learn more about USask and about our excellent programs is to attend events and presentations offered virtually and in-person by the USask Student Recruitment team and college partners throughout the year. These include:
- Our annual Open House in the fall where we showcase the beauty of the main USask campus in Saskatoon and the quality of our colleges, programs, services and USask student experiences
- The USask Prince Albert Campus Open House designed to showcase USask's campus and programs available in 'the Gateway to the North'
- Indigenous Student Experience Day held in the spring to introduce Métis , First Nations and Inuit students in high school and their supporters to our welcoming community
- Virtual USask Express application workshops, admissions and programs presentations, college information sessions, and Instagram Live streams offered throughout the year
